State Privacy Rights

US state privacy laws — the CCPA/CPRA in California, and comparable statutes in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and elsewhere — require specific disclosures. Those are set out here, supplementing our Privacy Policy.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Where advertising is served, identifiers may pass to advertising partners, and that can constitute a ‘sale’ or ‘sharing’ under California and other state laws. The opt-out route is Do Not Sell or Share My Information, and we do not knowingly sell or share the data of anyone under 16.

Your Choices

You may request access to the personal information we hold, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Some states also allow you to appeal a refusal. Exercising any of this will not get you worse service, higher prices, or reduced access — discrimination for using these rights is prohibited and we do not do it.

Categories and Where They Come From

Personal information categories in scope: identifiers such as IP and cookie IDs; internet activity data describing your use of this site; and contact information only where you submitted it. Everything comes either directly from your device or via an analytics or advertising partner.

Making a Request

Contact hello@stoolreach.com with what you need. An opt-out can also be signalled technically, by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser — we honour it automatically. We verify requests by replying to the sending address, meet the deadlines state law imposes, and allow an authorised agent to act on your behalf with written authorisation.
